The Legal Register module provides a tailored register that is focussed on our UK based clients individual business needs and helps to drive environmental compliance across all of their projects.
It is essential for our clients to understand what these legal requirements are, to enable effective controls to be developed / implemented, and also for effective terms and conditions to be written and communicated to their contractors/sub-contractors for projects in the UK.
This module helps to drive environmental compliance across all of our clients projects and presents all of the relevant information through one web-based, easy-to-use web portal.
Our dedicated, well qualified in house team research environmental legislation on an on-going basis and provide these services to a large range of clients in the UK.
We provide an updated legal register service which not only keeps our clients legal register updated, but also provides additional information on how this new or amended piece of legislation will affect their individual business. The updated Legal Register then guides our clients Project Managers or their contractors/sub-contractors through the changes in legislation as they progress through the environmental risk assessment on each project. The Legal Register module also offers a number of additional benefits to our clients, including:
- A well structured and integrated document;
- A single point of reference where project managers / site managers or any interested party (who has authorised access), can clearly see the project’s aspects assessment, applicable legal requirements, and a summary of the necessary controls to be applied;
- Links to internal documents, i.e. standard operating procedures, internal processes etc;
- A series of approved codes of practice or guidance documents issued by the Regulator.
Our UK based clients can also just subscribe to the Legal Register module. Whilst this clearly doesn’t offer a fully integrated process, our legal compliance team can offer a web-based subscription to this module, where an excel based version of the updated register is available for export on a quarterly basis.
